Premium Bathrooms · Large-Format Tiling · Bespoke Wet Rooms

Precision bathroom installations. The design intent carried through on site, without compromise.

FacetStudio is a London bathroom installation studio working with architects, interior designers and private clients. We install large-format porcelain and natural stone, build fully tanked wet rooms, and carry the plumbing and electrical work in-house rather than subcontracting it. Projects run one to two months and are taken on one at a time.

Send the drawings, or describe what you are planning. If it is the kind of work I take on, I will come back to you.

Selected Work

High-end bathrooms across London large-format porcelain, mitred detailing and wet rooms built to the drawing.

Services

Four capabilities that cover a bathroom from substrate to handover. Large-format porcelain follows the substrate exactly and reports every void beneath it, so the work is in the preparation and the setting-out rather than the laying. Wet rooms are built on factory-waterproof board systems, which makes the waterproofing a fixed property of the substrate instead of something applied on site. Plumbing and electrics are carried in-house rather than subcontracted, so the concealed work and the visible finish are set out by the same people, in the same sequence.

Common questions

How long does a bathroom installation take?

One to two months for a full bathroom, depending on complexity and materials. A significant part of that is not labour but curing: screeds, tanking and adhesives each need their own drying time before the next stage can start, and compressing that window is where most installation failures begin. The programme is set at survey stage, once the specification is known.

Do you work from architects' and designers' drawings?

Yes — that is the normal starting point. We set out tile geometry, fittings and levels against the drawing before any work begins. Changes during the build are expected rather than exceptional; the setting-out is what makes it possible to absorb them without losing the design intent.

Which areas of London do you cover?

All of London and the surrounding areas.

How is a quotation calculated?

Against the specification, not the floor area alone. The variables that move the figure are the number of layers in the build-up, integrated lighting and sensors, the complexity of the detailing, and the site conditions — access, parking, and the hours the building allows work to take place. A fixed-sum quotation follows the survey.

Do you supply materials, or is it labour only?

Both. We can work to a supply-and-install package or install client-supplied materials, whichever suits the project.

Our Story

We work on bathroom projects where execution matters as much as the design itself.
